How will I receive my Certificate
of Completion?
You will receive your Certificate of Completion within 5-15
business days after you complete the course (Standard Mail
- US Postal Service). If you need to receive your Certificate
sooner, we offer an express service for an additional fee
(FedEx - 2 day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight).
Once I receive my Certificate of Completion
what do I do next?
Your certificate will contain one copy for the court and one
copy for insurance. The court copy must be presented to the
court as indicated on your citation. It is suggested that
the court copy be hand-delivered or sent certified mail, return
receipt requested. If you wish to use the insurance copy for
a discount on your automobile policy, contact your insurance
agent. Keep copies for your records.
What happens if I get disconnected?
If you get disconnected from your internet provider for any
reason, simply reconnect and log back into the course. You
will start on the segment you left off and your performance
will not be affected.

course at one location and continue at another?
Yes! You may take the Texas defensive driving course 24
hours a day, 7 days a week from any location that has internet
